Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Requirements:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure Current CPR/BLS certification Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
