Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy required Active state license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with pediatric patients, preferably in a school environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs

What Youll Do:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students with a range of needs and abilities Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and progress tracking Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Provide guidance and education to staff and caregivers to facilitate carryover of therapy goals Support a positive, inclusive, and accessible learning environment for all students
