Physical Therapist (Full-Time) CarePath Injury Centers of Pennsylvania Carlisle, PA | Monday-Friday, About Us CarePath Injury Centers of Pennsylvania is a multidisciplinary medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients recovering from injuries related to Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Our collaborative team of physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation professionals work together to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to their daily lives with confidence. We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Carlisle Office. Outpatient clinical environment
Patient Population:
Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients
Type:
Full-Time, Onsite Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards. Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Schedule patients appointments in office Guide PTAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania (required) Strong clinical skills with orthopedic and rehabilitation experience preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury patients a plus
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous accrual for vacation and personal time

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
