Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film Installer to join our state-of-the-art, well established shop. This role involves applying high-quality protective film to vehicles to enhance their appearance and safeguard against damage. While prior experience in paint protection film installation is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning. Experienced installers are encouraged to apply. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces for film application by cleaning and ensuring proper surface conditions. Use our computerized database and a plotter to cut PPF Apply the Paint protection film Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management of films and related materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in paint protection film installation is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team. Good manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving techniques. Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude. Prior experience in automotive detailing or related fields is a plus but not required.
