HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention services for children ages 0-3 in Chambersburg and surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for a full-time change, a flexible side opportunity, or just a few extra hours each week, we can build a caseload around your availability and where you live. Why PTs Love This Opportunity $70/hour starting rate - negotiable! Higher rates may be available for therapists willing to travel across county lines. Work as little as 2 hours per week—or build to Full-Time. Choose from Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options and increase your caseload when you're ready. Stay close to home. We work to keep your visits within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible. Current opportunities are available throughout Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Shippensburg and Waynesboro. You control your schedule. Coordinate visits directly around your availability and your families' schedules. No rigid clinic schedule and no punching a clock. Approximately 1-hour visits—including documentation time. Your session time includes both treatment and documentation, with a company-provided laptop to make documentation easier. Hybrid flexibility available. Depending on caseload and service needs, some responsibilities may be completed remotely. W-2 employment—not independent contracting. Responsibilities Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Work with families/caregivers in the child's natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines. Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals. Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
