Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, massages, and other interventions, to promote patients' recovery and independence Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to our organization's values

Requirements:

Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program Active licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Pennsylvania Per Diem schedule, with flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals PT certification or registration with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
