Responsibilities of OTs/ PTs/COTAs/PTAs:

Perform resident evaluations , provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life. Submits timely and accurate documentation.

Background and Expertise of OTs/PTs/COTAs/PTAs:

Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Graduate of an accredited OT / PT Therapy program.

• New Therapy graduates welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
