Job Description

Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab (BMSR)
A NEW CLINIC. NEARLY 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE BEHIND IT.
Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab recently opened our second location in Edgmont, PA—and just over a month in, we're gaining traction, building our patient community, and looking for the right Physical Therapist to help us continue that growth. BMSR is a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice that has been serving the Main Line for nearly 40 years. We've built our reputation around high-quality care, strong relationships, and a team-oriented culture—and we're bringing that same foundation to Edgmont. This isn't a startup trying to figure out who it wants to be. It's an established practice growing into its next chapter.
WHY BMSR?
Quality matters. We want our therapists to have the time, tools, and clinical freedom to provide excellent care—not simply move patients through a schedule. We're team-oriented. Our PTs, PTAs, and administrative team work together. Communication, collaboration, and helping each other are part of how we operate every day. We value innovation. We're constantly looking for better ways to help patients improve. Our clinicians have access to tools and treatment options including dry needling, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser, and other performance and recovery technologies. You'll have a voice. Edgmont is new enough that there's still an opportunity to help shape the culture and growth of the clinic—but you'll have the support and experience of an established organization behind you. There's room to grow. BMSR is growing, and we want people who are interested in growing with us—clinically, professionally, and potentially into future leadership opportunities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who enjoys outpatient orthopedics, values relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a collaborative team. Our patients tend to be active and motivated—from athletes and weekend warriors to adults who simply want to keep doing the things they love. You'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with your patients, use your clinical judgment, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and contribute to the continued growth of our Edgmont location.
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
Are a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong interest in outpatient orthopedics Care deeply about delivering high-quality patient care Communicate well with patients and teammates Are efficient, adaptable, and comfortable in a growing environment Enjoy learning and continuing to develop clinically Welcome feedback and aren't afraid to contribute your own ideas Want to be part of a team rather than simply work alongside one Have 1-3+ years of outpatient experience, although motivated newer clinicians are encouraged to apply
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive compensation Generous PTO Medical benefits Continuing education support Clinical mentorship and collaboration Access to innovative treatment and recovery technologies Opportunities for professional growth and leadership An established, PT-owned company with a strong local reputation A brand-new clinic with the opportunity to help build something meaningful
COME GROW WITH US
We're proud of what BMSR has built over nearly four decades—and we're excited about what's happening in Edgmont. The clinic is open. Patients are coming through the doors. Momentum is building. Now we're looking for the right Physical Therapist to help us take the next step. If you're looking for a place where you can provide great care, continue growing as a clinician, and be part of a team that's building toward something bigger, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and let's start a conversation.
