Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Community Nursing Services of North East (CNSNE) is hiring Physical Therapists to join our home health care team serving North East, Corry, and surrounding communities in Northwestern Pennsylvania. For more than 100 years, Community Nursing Services of North East has proudly provided compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families throughout our community. We are looking for dedicated Physical Therapists who want to continue that tradition while helping patients regain strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
We are currently seeking:
  • Full-Time Physical Therapists
  • Part-Time Physical Therapists
  • Per Diem Physical Therapists Physical Therapists will provide individualized therapy services to patients in their homes, evaluate patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills and have the ability to work independently while providing professional, compassionate patient care. Previous home health physical therapy experience is a plus.
