Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to a diverse elementary school caseload Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families Document progress and maintain accurate records for compliance and review Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Adapt therapy activities and interventions to support student engagement and classroom participation
