Job Description
Join a locally owned practice where patient care comes before productivity. WESTARM Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient facility in Vandergrift, PA. Whether you're an experienced clinician looking for a better practice environment or a new graduate eager to learn, we'd love to meet you. The Vandergrift facility features an heated aquatic therapy pool, allowing therapists to expand their treatment options while serving a diverse orthopedic patient population. For more than 40 years, WESTARM has remained independently owned and operated, serving the Alle-Kiski Valley with one simple philosophy: put patients first and support the people who care for them. We're not the biggest rehabilitation company in Western PA, and we're proud of that. Because we're family owned, decisions are made by therapists and local leadership. We don't believe great therapy is measured by unrealistic productivity numbers or rushed appointments. We believe it's built through clinical excellence, mentorship, meaningful relationships, and giving therapists the autonomy to practice the way they were trained. Many of our therapists have spent 10, 15, or even 20+ years with WESTARM—a reflection of the supportive culture we've worked hard to build. If you're a new graduate, you'll work alongside experienced clinicians with advanced manual therapy skills who genuinely enjoy teaching. You'll receive mentorship, regular clinical collaboration, and the support needed to build confidence as you begin your career. If you're an experienced therapist, you'll find an environment where your professional judgment is trusted, your ideas are welcomed, and your focus can remain on delivering exceptional patient care instead of chasing productivity metrics. Why Choose WESTARM? Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates No productivity quotas or unrealistic expectations 40 hour per week schedule with 2 short days Patient-to-therapist ratios that allow quality care One-on-one mentorship from experienced clinicians Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Continuing education support and clinical in-services Opportunity to develop specialty interests and grow professionally Family-owned company with over 40 years of serving the local community Supportive team culture where therapists help each other succeed If you're looking for a place where you'll be known by your patients, supported by your coworkers, and valued as more than a productivity number, we'd love to hear from you.
