1 day ago Quick Apply A virtual Physical Therapist is needed to provide specialized telehealth services for a student in Florida. This contract position involves delivering physical therapy in a school setting, supporting the student's developmental and educational goals through remote sessions.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting virtual physical therapy sessions, approximately 90 minutes per quarter, to meet the student's individualized needs. Offering compensatory therapy time to address any missed services from prior months. Participating in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as required to collaborate with educators and caregivers. Maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Coordinating with parents, teachers, and other service providers to support comprehensive care.

Qualifications and experience desired:

Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Proficiency in delivering telehealth services effectively to pediatric clients. Familiarity with IEP processes and educational regulations. Excellent communication skills to engage with students and multidisciplinary teams remotely. Ability to manage scheduling flexibly on a per diem basis.
