We built this practice because patients deserve more than a rushed visit and a home exercise handout — and because insurance shouldn't be the one deciding how much time and care someone gets. Our cash-based model means no fighting with insurance for coverage and no limited visits. You get up to a full hour, one-on-one with every patient, to do the work and see real results. We believe in whole-person care, deep listening, and community education — and we give our therapists the support to specialize in this work, because we treat it like the mission it is. Whether you're a new grad ready to specialize from day one, or an experienced PT looking for a practice that finally gives you the time and support to do your best work — we'd love to meet you. Job Summary We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our pelvic health team, treating a full caseload of one-on-one patients in extended sessions. Whatever stage you're at, we'll help you build deep pelvic health expertise through structured, hands-on mentorship — while you help patients get real, lasting results.
