Job Summary We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our pelvic health team, treating a full caseload of one-on-one patients in extended sessions. Whatever stage you're at, we'll help you build deep pelvic health expertise through structured, hands-on mentorship — while you help patients get real, lasting results.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) Any level of clinical experience — new grads welcome Strong orthopedic foundation Herman & Wallace Pelvic PT Level 1 (or willingness to complete it — CE allowance provided) Experience or strong interest in pelvic health (full training support provided) Comfortable with, or open to learning, cash-based care Excellent communication and patient education skills What You'll Do Treat 6-7 patients per day (30-35 per week) in 55-60-minute one-on-one sessions Guide patients through a minimum of 13 sessions to help them reach their goals Collaborate with other therapists to strengthen each patient's plan of care Proactively drive patients toward meaningful, measurable outcomes Manage your schedule to keep the patient experience smooth and unrushed Treat a diverse population — all genders, ages 14-90 Help patients connect with their "deeper why" so they stay engaged in care Confidently discuss and offer care packages to patients Contribute occasional community-education content (social media, workshops) Bring critical thinking and creativity to your treatment approach Embrace a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Benefits $1,500 Continuing Education Allowance per year Paid time off + maternity leave Flexible schedule + 30-minute paid wellness/lunch break Mentorship & ongoing education: Co-treating + telehealth/DX chart reviews Internal exercise library Clinical + communication coaching sessions Collaborative team meetings Schedule Monday-Friday, no weekends Based in Bluffton with travel between our two clinic locations (Bluffton & Beaufort, SC) In-person role — must be able to relocate to Beaufort County, SC Why Our Model Works in Your Favor No insurance headaches.
