Compensation:

$93,000 - $99,000 Base Salary (Based on experience) Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) bonus structure: Earn additional premium pay for any visits completed over the 30-unit weekly target $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Standard $0.63/mile reimbursement for travel (excluding first and last drive)

Schedule Control:

Dedicated team schedules your start-of-cares, allowing you to route the rest of your day efficiently

Caseload:
