Appropriately progressing the treatment and progresses plan of care toward goal achievement. Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with professional PT associations and continuing education experience. Periodic and timely written communication to physicians. Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up. Supervision of rehabilitation technicians and administrative staff as needed.

Documentation:

All PT's are responsible for documenting all treatments and completing all written communications in a timely manner, including but not limited to, initial evaluations, progress notes, recertification notes, discharge summaries, daily S.O.A.P. notes, functional status reports and insurance/plan of care forms as necessary.

Pay:

$62,670.00 - $92,213.00 per year
