Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active license to practice Physical Therapy in South Carolina Experience providing PT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized plans in compliance with IEPs Skilled in working with students across K-12 age range Strong organizational skills for itinerant work across multiple locations Exceptional communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide school-based PT services for K-12 students at multiple sites in an itinerant capacity Assess, plan, and implement individualized PT programs as part of student support teams Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote student function and participation in school activities Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and regulatory standards Travel between assigned school sites within the district as needed This position provides a stable, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week through May 24, 2027, allowing for meaningful impact while enjoying career stability and development in a supportive educational environment.
