Key Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in South Carolina Experience within a school-based setting preferred Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills Familiarity with IEPs and relevant school PT documentation Compassionate approach, excellent communication skills Adaptable to changing caseloads and varying weekly hours

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for approximately three students Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with evaluation findings Collaborate with educational teams to support student mobility and access Maintain thorough documentation of all assessments, interventions, and communication Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment as needed Provide ongoing input for IEP meetings, ensuring student-centered care Deliver weekly therapy sessions based on student needs and recommendations
