Type:

full-time Acker Neuro Rehab is an outpatient rehabilitation clinic specializing in neurologic and complex rehabilitation. We provide individualized, patient-centered care to help our patients improve function, independence, and quality of life. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a PT who enjoys one-on-one patient care and wants to work in a supportive, collaborative outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with neurologic and orthopedic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and patient education
  • Document evaluations, daily treatments, and progress notes accurately
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the rehabilitation team
  • Provide high-quality, individualized patient care
Qualifications:
  • Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license
  • Graduate of an accredited PT program
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Neurologic rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not required
Position:

Part-time, approximately 10-16 hours per week

Location:
Columbia, South Carolina Pay:
