1 Description American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a weekday, no-call outpatient clinic assignment. Details Outpatient clinic setting within the PT Outpatient unit Patient population includes orthopedic conditions Monday-Friday schedule with varying shift times, no weekends No on-call requirements No floating required between units or sister facilities Uses Epic for charting Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required SC or Multistate Compact PT License required if applicable BLS certification required (AHA only) Outpatient clinic and orthopedic experience preferred Skilled in patient assessment including AROM/AAROM/PROM, pain assessment, and strength testing Proficient in documentation including evaluations, plans of care, and short/long term goals Strong time management skills Additional Information Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning for orthopedic outpatient cases Business casual dress code Free parking available First-time travelers considered Previous MUSC perm or PRN staff must be separated from the system for 1 year before returning as a traveler All requested time off must be submitted upfront and is subject to manager approval Local candidates considered on a case-by-case basis within a 60-mile radius During hurricane season (June-November), staff may be assigned to emergency response teams
