Approximately 12 visits per day Position Overview A leading therapy organization in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join its team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and a patient-centered clinical environment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, identify functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life . Recent Physical Therapy graduates located in South Carolina are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings. Establish rehabilitation goals in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, treatment plans, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered therapy services. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current or eligible South Carolina Physical Therapist license . Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong documentation and organizational skills.
