Key Qualifications:

Active and current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina is required Previous experience in a school-based PT role strongly preferred Comfort working across multiple school sites with students grades K-12 Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions for students with diverse needs, ensuring compliance with IEPs and district policies Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance student mobility, access, and participation in educational activities Consult with teachers and staff to support students in the least restrictive environment possible Accurately maintain documentation and progress reports as required by district and state regulations Provide education and resources to families and staff regarding physical therapy programs
