As a vital part of our healthcare team, this position plays a crucial role in the recovery and well-being of our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing physical therapy plans and providing high-quality care aligned with our standards of excellence and the community's needs. Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions to develop effective physical therapy treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and foster health. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive measures to maintain and improve health. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Required Skills Profound knowledge of physical therapy modalities and treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams Strong organizational and observational abilities Ability to handle a diverse caseload and deliver treatment effectively
