The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing appropriate physical therapy services, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping build and maintain a successful physical therapy practice within Solutions Chiropractic. The Physical Therapist is expected to provide excellent patient care while working collaboratively with the chiropractic, massage therapy, functional health, and administrative teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will: Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional limitations, mobility concerns, pain, strength deficits, and appropriate physical therapy needs. Develop individualized plans of care based on the patient's condition, goals, and clinical findings. Provide appropriate physical therapy treatments, exercises, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and other services within the provider's scope of practice. Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, injury prevention, movement, and long-term wellness. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient documentation in the clinic's electronic health record system. Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge documentation, and other required clinical documentation. Follow all applicable state and federal laws, professional standards, HIPAA requirements, clinic policies, and insurance requirements. Maintain an active South Dakota Physical Therapy license and all other credentials required to practice. Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance when required by the clinic. Communicate professionally with patients, staff members, referring providers, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals. Work collaboratively with other Solutions Chiropractic providers when coordinated care would benefit the patient. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe treatment environment. Building and Maintaining a Patient Practice Each practitioner at Solutions Chiropractic is responsible for actively participating in the growth and maintenance of their own patient practice. The Physical Therapist will be expected to: Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective patients. Provide excellent care that encourages patient retention and appropriate referrals. Participate in community outreach, networking, educational opportunities, and other practice-building activities. Develop professional relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations when appropriate. Participate in clinic events and promotional activities. Help identify opportunities to grow physical therapy services within Solutions Chiropractic. Newly graduated practitioners may be required to participate in a minimum of two practice-building or community outreach activities per month during their first year of employment , as directed or approved by management. Marketing and Educational Content Solutions Chiropractic believes that patient education is an important part of healthcare and practice growth. The Physical Therapist will participate in the clinic's marketing and educational efforts, including: Providing educational content related to physical therapy and their area of expertise. Participating in social media videos and education.

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
