Job Description
Total Wellness Therapy is a therapist owned and operated company whose focus is to create a better quality life for seniors through excellence, customer service and therapeutic rapport. At TWT, people come first- both our team members and those we serve. We are seeking a Full Time Lead Physical Therapist for our therapy clinic located within a senior living community in Franklin, TN. Position includes delivering high quality Out-Patient and Home Health therapy. Lead duties include managing the clinic caseload, maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, gathering documents needed for home health and/or outpatient referrals, maintaining patient charts, and conducting exercise groups and educational events as requested.
