What You'll DoPerform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver one-on-one physical therapy services in a concierge settingUtilize evidence-based treatment techniques and manual therapy skillsGuide patients through progressive rehabilitation and performance-focused programmingEducate patients on injury prevention, wellness, movement optimization, and long-term healthCollaborate with physicians, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentationBuild strong patient relationships through exceptional service and communication

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited programCurrent Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic assessment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesPassion for delivering an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or performance rehabilitationCertifications or advanced training in Dry Needling, Sports Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, Strength & Conditioning, Pelvic Health, or Performance TrainingExperience working with active adults and athletes
