Be Part of Our Team:
Full-Time; Part-Time; PRN; Per Diem Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to elevate patient care? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you won't just be treating patients; you'll be an advocate for their recovery, a guide for their families, and a key contributor to our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions focused on functional outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and implement innovative programs. Supervise and mentor assistants, aides, and students to ensure excellence in care. Maintain meticulous documentation and stay ahead with continuing education and clinical skills.
What We Are Looking For Education:
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.
License:
Current, active, and unencumbered state licensure with CPR certification.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, empathy, and a professional presentation.
Experience:
Long-term care experience preferred; must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Physical Readiness:
