Work alongside talented PT, OT, and SLP professionals who believe in exceptional, evidence-based pediatric care. We are clinician-owned with a strong leadership team that cares about you! What You'll Do Provide high-quality, evidence-based PT to children from birth through young adulthood. Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Address functional mobility, strength, balance, coordination, motor development, and participation in everyday activities. Partner with parents and caregivers to make therapy meaningful beyond the therapy session. Collaborate with families and other members of the child's care team. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with families and colleagues. Bring creativity, compassion, and a "how can we make this work?" mindset to every session. What We're Looking For Current Texas PT license or eligibility for Texas licensure DPT or equivalent degree Pediatric experience preferred, but a strong passion for pediatrics is a must! Excellent communication and clinical skills Compassionate, collaborative, and family-centered approach Ability to work independently while being an engaged team member Ready to DASH Into Something Better? Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
