Job Description
Job Description We are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians (Cable Pullers) to support the build-out and deployment of a large-scale data center environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cabling, rack and stack activities, hardware installation, and reading cable maps and rack elevations. This role is highly physical and requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

- Pull, route, bundle, and label large volumes of network and fiber cabling
- Perform rack and stack installations for servers, switches, and network equipment
- Read and interpret rack elevations, cable maps, and network topologies
- Install and deploy hardware from common manufacturers such as Cisco, Arista, and similar enterprise vendors
- Move IT and data center equipment throughout the facility
- Support hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Maintain clean and organized cabling standards
- Follow all safety and operational procedures within the data center

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a data center, telecommunications, or structured cabling environment
- Steel-toed boots required.
- Experience pulling and organizing network and fiber cabling
- Ability to read rack elevations and cable diagrams
- Experience with rack and stack deployments
- Comfortable lifting and moving hardware and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles
- Experience supporting hyperscale or enterprise data centers
- Familiarity with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or similar hardware
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience working extended hours or project-based deployments
