We are a local Aggie owned outpatient physical therapy clinic, with 12 therapists currently on staff. Our primary focus is orthopedics but we also offer physical therapy for pelvic floor, vestibular, Parkinson's, and TMJ.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional limitations Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and patient goals Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care routines to support ongoing rehabilitation Skills Skilled in developing effective treatment plans for diverse populations including geriatric patients and pediatric clients Ability to perform discharge planning effectively while working with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Excellent client communication skills to motivate patients and explain treatment procedures clearly Experience working with physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapies to enhance rehabilitation results
Pay:
$40.00 - $44.00 per hour
