Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible) About Us FIT Physical Therapy was originally established in 2013 and is locally owned and operated by a physical therapist who understands the reward and demands of patient care. We currently have a team of 7 physical therapists across 2 clinical location sites and we are looking to expand. We provide outpatient physical therapy services and are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care. Our clinic is known for its close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere where clinicians are supported, valued, and encouraged to grow professionally. We prioritize ethical practice, patient relationships, and long-term outcomes over volume-driven care. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to advance within a private practice setting. You will work closely with patients across a diverse orthopedic caseload while contributing to a positive, supportive clinic culture.
