In this vital role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy services in our outpatuent clinic in Frisco. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce dizziness. Improve balance, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals through personalized treatment plans. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where your skills in patient care, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration can thrive. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions by conducting comprehensive evaluations of mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patient needs and healthcare goals. Collaborate closely with PTA's, healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes. Manage clinical documentation standards by accurately recording treatment sessions, progress notes, discharge planning details, and therapy outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Provide patient education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and community resources to support ongoing recovery outside clinical settings. Assist in discharge planning by evaluating patient progress and recommending appropriate follow-up care or home health services. Work with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, neurology cases, orrhopedic cases and those requiring outpatient rehabilitation services. Experience Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics. Demonstrated expertise in treatment plan development for orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, geriatrics and vestibular conditions. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards necessary for accurate record keeping. Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure seamless documentation workflows. Prior outpatient experience is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds while providing compassionate care tailored to individual needs. Interest in learning vestibular rehabilitation is required. Guidance through Fyzical online courses and on site mentoring will be provided.
