Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care by developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. This role involves working with patients across various settings, including inpatient facilities, home health, and pediatrics, ensuring they achieve optimal recovery and rehabilitation. Duties Assess patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations. Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the specific needs of each patient. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques for continued recovery at home or in the community. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, techniques, and technologies to enhance patient care. Requirements Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices. Experience in developing care plans for various patient populations, including pediatrics and those requiring home community care. Familiarity with inpatient settings and discharge planning processes is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing patient-centered care. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.
