Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your career, you'll join an outpatient team where you can build strong patient relationships, continue developing clinically, and have the support to do your best work. Our outpatient model is designed around manageable caseloads, with Full-Time clinicians typically seeing approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. Strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology help reduce documentation burden and keep more of your attention on patient care. At Physical Therapy Today - Garland, you'll treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, balance and vestibular, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related rehabilitation needs. The clinic uses individualized rehabilitation, manual therapy, and targeted strengthening to help patients return to the activities that matter to them. Your Role Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and functional training Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and return to activity Educate patients on recovery, movement, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification, if applicable Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to patient-centered care New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required Benefits Competitive Compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, tuition loan reimbursement, and additional benefit options.
