Physical Therapists at Hillside Medical Lodge guide resident mobility and manage physical rehabilitation plans on the floor. You will work directly with residents to build strength and train on assistive devices. The focus stays on practical physical rehabilitation and clear shift documentation. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individual treatment plans. Guide residents through gait training and therapeutic exercises. Document treatment notes and resident progress in the electronic chart system. Direct physical therapy assistants and rehab aides during daily treatment sessions. Coordinate resident care plans with floor nurses and facility physicians.
