Job Description

Role:
Physical Therapist (PRN) responsible for providing professional and technical physical therapy services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions based on the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules. Conduct ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with team members and patients. Demonstrate accountability, seek continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth and actively engage with the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate Physical Therapy program. Current Basic Life Support Certification. Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or temporary license. At least 1 year of licensed Physical Therapy experience.
