2876268 Home Health | PRN Hereford, TX | $65-$75 per visit | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to patients in their homes throughout Hereford and surrounding areas. If you enjoy one-on-one care, working independently, and helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.

Why did you become a PT? What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy in patients' homes Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Coordinate care with PTAs and other healthcare professionals Complete accurate and timely documentation What You'll Need Active, unrestricted Texas PT license At least 1 year of PT experience Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Why BrightStar Care?
