2846148 Hereford, TX | $65-$75 per visit | PRN | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide personalized home health care to patients in Hereford and surrounding areas. If you're a PT who enjoys working independently and helping patients improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide PT services in patients' homes Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed Coordinate care with PTAs and other healthcare professionals Complete accurate and timely documentation Pay & Schedule $65-$75 per visit , based on experience Weekly pay PRN position Hereford, TX and areas within a 30-mile radius What You'll Need Active, unrestricted Texas PT license At least 1 year of PT experience Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
