Vida Rehab is a new therapist-owned outpatient practice opening in Fall 2026 in McAllen, Texas. As we build our founding clinical team, we're looking for Physical Therapists interested in flexible PRN and part-time opportunities. Whether you already have a full-time position, work in home health, have limited weekly availability, or simply want to add outpatient hours to your current schedule, we'd love to start a conversation. Flexible Opportunities We understand that experienced clinicians may not be looking for a traditional full-time position. Depending on your interests and availability, opportunities may include: Consistent weekly or limited PRN schedules One or more days per week Evaluation-focused opportunities Supplemental outpatient hours alongside another position Pediatric, adult, or mixed caseloads Opportunities to supervise and mentor PTAs, when applicable The option to grow your role over time, if desired We're happy to discuss what kind of schedule and role would make sense for both you and Vida. About Vida Vida Rehabilitation Center provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy for babies, children, teenagers, adults, and older adults. We're building a collaborative practice where clinicians have a meaningful voice in how care is delivered and where experienced therapists are encouraged to bring their ideas, clinical interests, and expertise to the table. Our PT program will include opportunities across areas such as: Pediatrics and developmental disabilities Neurologic rehabilitation Orthopedics and post-operative rehabilitation Gait, balance, and fall prevention Strength and conditioning Older adult rehabilitation Adaptive equipment and mobility We're also open to developing specialty programs around the interests and expertise of our clinicians. Who We're Looking For We're interested in connecting with licensed Physical Therapists at all stages of their careers, but this opportunity may be especially well suited for an experienced PT looking for flexibility, supplemental hours, or the opportunity to practice in a new outpatient environment without leaving an existing position. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, schedule, responsibilities, and structure of the role.
