What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore function and reduce pain Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes Maintain a safe, positive, and patient-focused treatment environment Comply with all applicable state and professional practice standards What We're Looking For Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering exceptional patient care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
