Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

The primary role of the therapist is to provide therapy services This role will be responsible for the evaluation of the patient and the implementation of the treatment plan. The therapist will also be responsible for appropriate communication (verbal & written). Responsible for timely documentation of evaluation results, progress reports, discharge reports, daily notes, attendance reports. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Attend staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education courses as appropriate or required. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
