Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain optimal mobility and function. Your expertise will empower patients of all ages to achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based physiotherapy practices. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs, including assessments of physiology, anatomy, and medical history. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical documentation standards and best practices in physiotherapy. Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's condition. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term wellness. Requirements Valid license or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and related medical terminology Experience with outpatient rehabilitation centers, hospital environments, or outpatient clinics Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems such as EMR systems used in healthcare facilities. Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans and adapt therapies based on patient progress. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
