In this role, you'll spend your day preparing and serving food items, monitoring freshness and food safety, stocking displays, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume cafe while delivering a great member experience. • Prepare food to item specifications, planning for daily production, mass production, and seasonality
• Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, Cold Chain compliance, and inventory management practices
• Stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste
• Use hand-held technology to make in-the-moment decisions about production, ordering, and product quality
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
• Support receiving club pick-up orders and stock displays with proper containers and packaging
• Keep the cafe area clean, sanitized, and member-ready
