Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs and established goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home programs. Promote patient safety, mobility, independence, and quality of life. Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards. Requirements Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Clean background check. Authorized to work in the United States.
