Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a variety of clinical settings. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using EMR systems. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training. Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians on care plans. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Participate in quality improvement and best-practice initiatives. Communicate regularly with Jackson Therapy Partners recruiters regarding assignments and career goals.
