Position Overview The Physio Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team full-time in our outpatient orthopedic practice located in Ashburn, Virginia. Our 5000 square foot state-of-the-art sports medicine facility is designed to accommodate a wide spectrum of needs, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care. We primarily work with private medical insurance providers, allowing us the flexibility to offer personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements. Work Environment Located in Ashburn, Virginia, the Physio Recovery Center features a spacious and well-equipped outpatient office designed to facilitate effective rehabilitation. Our collaborative team includes experienced physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who are focused on delivering results-driven care in a supportive environment. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities Consult with patients to identify and understand their personal goals and needs for rehabilitation. Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, demonstrating the ability to deliver quality care efficiently while maintaining personalized attention. Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient treatment to deliver effective, evidence-based care plans based on various therapeutic techniques. Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements to foster long-term health improvements. Motivate and engage patients throughout their treatment process, encouraging them to achieve optimal levels of mobility and function. Regularly assess patient progress, documenting all care and treatments in line with organizational standards and protocols. Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and improved patient outcomes. Provide cost-effective treatment solutions that promote physical mobility, reduce reliance on medications, and offer alternatives to surgery. Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice primarily serves a diverse range of patients, including athletes, individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, and those seeking preventive care. Each patient presents a unique set of challenges and rehabilitation needs, and as a Physical Therapist at our center, you will play an instrumental role in partnering with them to achieve their health goals. Qualifications A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. A valid Virginia Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure). A clean record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your license. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT or similar platforms. Preferred Experience Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable. A track record of developing tailored rehabilitation programs that address the specific needs of patients. Demonstrated ability to enhance patient motivation and engagement throughout the treatment process. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from

USD 90,000

to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and education.
