Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Stone Crest, you will: Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to establish individual treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes. Perform regular re-evaluations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide education and guidance to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, evaluations, and discharges, adhering to all regulations and organizational standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve continuity of care. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and continued education, to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices. Engage in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes in need of rehabilitation, and clients with chronic conditions requiring specialized care. Qualifications The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing a solid foundation of clinical skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in using computer systems and word processing software for documentation and communication. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences are considered a plus: Experience working in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
