Position Overview Stone Crest Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and driven Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Ashburn, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment strategies tailored to each patient's unique needs, helping them regain their functional independence. Work Environment The ideal candidate will work onsite within a vibrant rehabilitation center. The work schedule includes 40 hours per week, with some variable weekend shifts required based on patient needs. This full-time position allows for meaningful interactions with patients on a daily basis, contributing to a supportive and dynamic community of care. Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Stone Crest, you will: Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to establish individual treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes. Perform regular re-evaluations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide education and guidance to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, evaluations, and discharges, adhering to all regulations and organizational standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve continuity of care. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and continued education, to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices. Engage in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes in need of rehabilitation, and clients with chronic conditions requiring specialized care. You will directly contribute to their recovery journey by utilizing targeted therapeutic interventions that promote healing and enhance quality of life. Qualifications The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing a solid foundation of clinical skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in using computer systems and word processing software for documentation and communication. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences are considered a plus: Experience working in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting. Knowledge of diverse treatment methodologies and therapeutic techniques. Experience participating in community outreach initiatives. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
