Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Conduent, you will: Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans addressing functional limitations and disabilities. Implement and adjust treatment plans by evaluating patient progress and outcomes while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and professional standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver a seamless continuum of care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatments, including submitting appropriate billing for services rendered.
