Position Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia. This full-time role involves working directly with patients to restore their mobility and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized therapy programs and techniques. You will play a critical role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals. About the Organization Gotham Enterprises Ltd operates a state-of-the-art 5,000 square foot facility specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our practice is committed to providing outstanding care to our patients and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment. We primarily work with private medical insurance providers, allowing us the flexibility to tailor our services to the unique needs of each individual. With a focus on evidence-based practices, we aim to elevate the standard of physical therapy within the community. Work Environment This position is based onsite at our Ashburn facility, where a team of dedicated professionals collaborates to deliver high-quality care. You will work alongside two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a well-structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess each patient's specific needs to develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motion and mobility, including corrective exercises and manual therapy. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Educate patients on exercises they can perform at home to complement their in-clinic therapy sessions. Document patient care services thoroughly and accurately using EMR software such as WebPT. Foster an encouraging environment that motivates patients to adhere to their therapy regimens. Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, optimizing their recovery process. Promote a healthy lifestyle among clients by constructing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to individual capabilities. Ensure the delivery of cost-effective treatments while minimizing the need for invasive procedures. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will be primarily focused on working with orthopedic patients who require rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic issues affecting their mobility. You will handle 2-3 patients per hour, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and offer personalized care. Our team is dedicated to not only treating injuries but also improving patients' overall physical health through preventive and maintenance strategies. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Current Virginia Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary actions against it. Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in exercise prescription. Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with familiarity in WebPT preferred. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of physical therapy experience, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patients. Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
