Work Environment The work setting is primarily located in our outpatient office in Dulles, Virginia. Here, you will engage directly with patients in a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. As part of our team, you will be empowered to design your schedule between Monday and Friday, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while meeting the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or debilitating conditions, both in our clinic and in home care settings as needed. Establish individualized treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, manual therapy, and the use of special equipment. Track patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, responses, and modifications to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Regularly reassess patient conditions to redefine therapeutic goals and develop new treatment strategies tailored to their evolving needs. Guide patients and their families in using assistive devices and self-care techniques to enhance mobility and independence. Offer educational resources and training sessions for patients, caregivers, and fellow health team members regarding physical therapy procedures and safe practices. Participate in professional development activities including workshops, networking, and staying current with industry publications to maintain best practices in the field. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient demographic spans across all ages—from children to seniors—providing the opportunity to work with a diverse range of diagnoses and treatment needs. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
