Key Responsibilities As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Stalwart Rehabilitation Center, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, functional limitations, and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. Provide consultation to other healthcare providers regarding patient care, ensuring continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process. Facilitate effective interactions with patients, respecting their age, culture, and diverse backgrounds while adhering to our exemplary customer service standards. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in compliance with legal and professional documentation standards. Implement, modify, and re-evaluate treatment plans, educating patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and expected outcomes. Lead community outreach initiatives and assist in program development and cost-containment efforts to enhance departmental efficiency. Supervise and mentor support staff, students, and interns, ensuring optimal team performance and adherence to best practices in patient care. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to staff meetings, and participate in professional development opportunities. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on treating individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, fractures, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
